Can’t find an answer? Write or call — a therapist will get back to you within one working day.
Does the online consultation replace an in-person one?
No. It organises your needs and shows an indicative plan. At the first visit your therapist examines the skin and confirms or adjusts the plan.
How long does a course of treatments take?
It depends on the treatment: 3 to 6 visits, 7 to 30 days apart. You’ll see the exact schedule in your plan and next to each treatment.
Do the treatments hurt?
Most are comfortable. For microneedling we use a numbing cream; bio-microneedling feels like a light tingle. We always talk about how it feels beforehand.
How should I prepare for my first visit?
Come without make-up if you can. A week before a peel, pause retinoids and avoid sun exposure. We’ll cover the rest at the consultation.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, with one month’s notice. For yearly payments, unused months are refunded pro rata.
Your first visit starts with a conversation.
A consultation with a skin check under the lamp takes 30 minutes. If you go ahead with a treatment the same day, we deduct the consultation fee.
